Ordering & Payment
1. All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
2. Orders must be paid in full before we ship.
3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Shipping & Delivery
4. We aim to ship orders within 7 working days. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method.
5. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
6. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen events.
Returns & Refunds
7. You can return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
8. Custom boards, used gear, and clearence items can’t be returned unless they’re faulty.
9. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed with us.
10. To initiate a return, email us with your order details.
11. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving the returned product and conducting a quality check to ensure the items are in a resalable condition.
Product Safety & Use
12. Skateboarding is an inherently risky activity. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge these risks.
13. Always wear protective gear (helmet, pads, etc.) and skate within your ability level.
14. We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from the use of our products.
Our Designs & Content
15. Everything on our site; logos, graphics, images, board designs, belongs to us.
16. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our materials without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
17. We’re not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from using our products or site.
18. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
Changes to These Terms
19. We can update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be on our site. If you keep using our site or gear after changes, you’re agreeing to them.
Product Quality & Warranty
We source our boards and gear from trusted manufacturers who meet high-quality standards to deliver reliable products.
20. If you feel product is faulty, please get in touch right away so we can sort it. Any valid claim will be resolved by a replacement or a refund after a full investigation has been contucted. To make a claim, email us with details and photos of the issue.
21. We do not cover damage caused by misuse and normal wear and tear.
Cancellations
22. You can cancel your order anytime before we dispatch it. Please use the 'Contact' page.
23. Once and order has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order. This will be treated as a return. Please see section 4. Returns & Refunds.
24. If you cancel before dispatch, we’ll refund any payments you’ve made within 14 days.
